Questions

What does this actually do?
Every minute we read the public interview schedule at ttp.cbp.dhs.gov, the same one you see on the official site. When a slot shows up at a center you picked, we email you. That's it.
Do you book the interview for me?
No. You book it yourself on the official site with your own Login.gov account. We never ask for that login and we never touch your application.
Why not just refresh the site myself?
You can. People do it for weeks. Cancellations land at odd hours and get taken in a few minutes, so the refreshing has to be constant to catch them. We do the refreshing.
How fast is the email?
Usually under a minute from when the slot appears. Then it's on you to sign in and take it, so keep your Login.gov password handy.
What does it cost?
$19 once. That buys 60 days of alerts at up to 5 centers. Nothing renews. If you still need it after 60 days, start a new watch.
What if I book on day three?
Stop the alerts with the link in any email. We don't refund for unused days, same as the other services, but the price was set low with this in mind.
Will I definitely get a sooner slot?
No promises. Busy centers in big cities see cancellations most days. Small centers can go quiet for weeks. The free lookup on the home page gives a feel for how a center moves.
Which programs?
Global Entry, NEXUS and SENTRI. Not TSA PreCheck, which uses a different scheduler.
Is this official?
No. We're a small software company. Not affiliated with U.S. Customs and Border Protection or any government agency.
