Plain words, because we'd rather you actually read them.

What you are buying

$19 buys 60 days of email alerts for up to 5 enrollment centers. The clock starts when the payment lands. It doesn't renew. You can stop alerts early at any time.

What we promise

We check the public schedule about once a minute and email you when a matching slot shows up. We work hard to keep this running but the government site goes down sometimes, email gets delayed sometimes, and slots get taken before you can book them. We can't promise you a sooner interview.

What we don't do

We don't book appointments, hold slots, or act on your behalf on any government site. We're not affiliated with U.S. Customs and Border Protection or any agency.

Refunds

If alerts were never sent because of a fault on our side, write to us and we'll refund you. We don't refund because you booked quickly, or because no slot opened at the centers you chose.

Fair use

One person per watch. Don't resell the alerts or use them to scrape.

Liability

Our liability is capped at what you paid us. The service is provided as is.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and existing watches keep the terms they bought under.
